Community Engagement Manager for Creative Forces

Hannah Jacobson Blumenfeld serves as the Community Engagement Manager for Creative Forces®: National Endowment for the Arts’ Military Healing Arts Network, and is thrilled to support this impactful work in communities across the country. Hannah brings a unique perspective from nonprofit community-building and tech spheres, spanning a range of functions from executive and project management to research, writing, speaking, and fundraising, both within and outside the arts frameworks. She served as Co-Executive Director of the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop, whose mission is building community through the arts, which provided a clear and direct understanding of the power of the arts on a grassroots level. She also spent time in Customer Success at a tech startup, giving her a whole new perspective on partnership building. She started her career at Americans for the Arts in the Research and Policy as well as Executive departments, specifically working on the National Initiative for Arts & Health in the Military beginning in 2011. Hannah holds a BA in History of Art from Yale University.
