Julia Zeltser serves as the Partner and Accounts Director for Hyperakt and is part of the Creative Forces®: National Endowment for the Arts’ Military Healing Arts Network National Resource Center and Capacity Team. Julia has worked with some of the world’s most renowned changemakers, from the UN and the Ford Foundation to Spotify and Google. A native of Ukraine, Julia came to the U.S. in her teens, as a refugee — an experience that has deeply informed her mission of using design to catalyze cultural change and create democratic opportunity. Julia leads the firm's partnership with clients such as Girls Who Code, Vera Institute of Justice, Center for Urban Pedagogy, and Human Rights Watch. She has received accolades from organizations such as Society of Illustrators, Communication Arts, Brand New, and HOW magazine.
