InToto Creative Arts, in partnership with Birmingham VA Health Care System, will present multidisciplinary arts programming for veterans of the Birmingham VA's Psychosocial Rehabilitation & Recovery Center and Blind Rehabilitation programs. Through a trauma-informed approach, InToto will facilitate expression, connection, and healing through community arts classes with activities that include creative movement, theater, creative writing, visual art, and music. InToto aims to use the power of the arts to encourage creative expression, community, and healing in participants.
