Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP) will deliver community arts programming to 275 unique veterans in the Washington, DC metro area, a major population center of veterans and military-connected individuals. Key elements of the program model include immersive classes, introductory workshops, and frequent performances. ASAP's evidence-based program plan aims to significantly and sustainably improve veterans’ social connectedness, resilience, and self-esteem through creative expression.

Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP) will offer evidence-based community arts programming to 200 veterans in Hampton Roads, Virginia, a major military-affiliated population center. This program will foster creative communities where veterans build skills and improve their well-being through the arts. Programming will include seven-week immersive classes, workshops, and frequent performances in various art forms. These programs provide participants with an outlet for creative expression, skill development, and camaraderie in a supportive environment. ASAP's program model aims to significantly and sustainably improve veterans' social connectedness, resilience, and self-esteem through creative expression. Ultimately, veterans can develop a sense of belonging, learn new skills, and improve their well-being through the arts.
